Jahangirnagar University has a large campus and it is the only full residential university of country. The size of
Jahangirnagar University is near about 650 acres. It has 27 faculties and 4 institutions. As it is a full residential university, it has a large accommodation for about 15000 students. It has 13 halls in total. Among them 7 halls are for boys and others are for girls.

| Transport |
Jahangirnagar University has an efficient transport system. At least 30 buses are always preserved for transportation. There are couple of tips of buses for the students, teachers and communities. 4 or 5 ambulances are operational for any emergencies. All of these vehicles are being parked in a place called TRANSPORT. Like transport there are other places that have different names. Such as- Tarzan, Swimming pool, Love land, culvert, London Bridge etc.
Jahangirnagar University is the queen of all universities for her natural beauty. It is a lovely campus with natural beauty and all of her students fall in love with her in their first sight. This is a place where you can feel the changes of seasons very clearly. Trees become green in spring, birds sing here, rain fall here with joy and happiness. Winter season is the most celebrated season in
Jahangirnagar University. During this season this campus wears a festive look. Drama, Concerts and different kinds of programs are staged by the students.
